1. Introduction
Welcome to Hola PDF: All-in-One. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
2. Information Collection and Use
Hola PDF: All-in-One is designed to process most tasks locally on your device. We do not collect personal identification information unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., via support emails).
- All core PDF tools (Merge, Split, Compress, Password, Watermark, Sign, etc.) are performed offline on your device. Your original and processed files are never uploaded to our servers.
- When you use AI Summary or AI Chat, the application extracts text from your PDF and sends it to Google Gemini API for processing. This data is used only to generate the summary or answer your questions and is not stored by us.
- Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your credit card or financial information.
- We may use third-party services like Google Analytics or Firebase to improve app performance and AdMob to show advertisements (in the free version).
3. Permissions
The app requires the following permissions to function:
- Storage/Media Access: To read PDF files and save processed results.
- Internet: To process AI requests, facilitate subscriptions, and load advertisements.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google Gemini API
- AdMob
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Since most processing is local, the risk of data exposure is minimal.

2. Thu thập và Sử dụng Thông tin
Hola PDF: All-in-One được thiết kế để xử lý hầu hết các tác vụ trực tiếp trên thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi không thu thập thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân trừ khi bạn chủ động cung cấp (ví dụ: qua email hỗ trợ).
- Tất cả các công cụ PDF cốt lõi (Gộp, Tách, Nén, Mật khẩu, Watermark, Chữ ký, v.v.) đều được thực hiện ngoại tuyến (offline) trên thiết bị. Tệp của bạn không bao giờ được tải lên máy chủ của chúng tôi.
